GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT – PRODUCTS
Pre-Contract Information
This website, https://relieestudio.com/, is owned by Reliée Studio, with NIF Y7293733X and registered address at Avinguda de l’Estatut de Catalunya 1, 08035, BARCELONA.
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the distance sales relationship between Reliée Studio and the user or customer, in accordance with current legal provisions, particularly Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions; Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights; General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation; and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
Reliée Studio reserves the right to make any modifications deemed necessary to these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such modifications may be made through the website by any legally admissible means and will be binding for as long as they remain published on the website until they are replaced by subsequent valid modifications. However, Reliée Studio reserves the right to apply Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract in certain cases, which will take precedence over these General Terms when deemed appropriate, with due notice.
The purpose of this website is the sale of accessories.
The duration of the contract is linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you understand and accept these Terms of Use and General Terms of Contract. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access Reliée Studio's websites and enter into contracts through them.

You may register as a website user to make online purchases. In accordance with current data protection regulations, Reliée Studio informs you that personal data collected during registration and subsequent purchases will be incorporated into the processing system owned by Reliée Studio for the purpose of processing your transactions and managing any subsequent related actions.
Your data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill this purpose unless legally required otherwise.
The legal basis for processing your data is the proper execution of the contract and your consent.
In accordance with your rights under current data protection laws, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion, data portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as revoke your consent by submitting a request to the above address or by emailing info@relieestudio.com. You may also contact the appropriate supervisory authority to file a complaint if needed.
Purchase Process
During the purchase process, you must identify yourself with your username and password. These credentials are confidential and should not be shared with others. You can modify your registered information in your customer area, where you will also have access to your order history.
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please provide a valid email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact info@relieestudio.com.
All website content is in Spanish.
Upon delivery, a receipt or invoice will be included with your order.
Offers and Validity
If a product is on offer, the discounted price and duration of the offer will always be stated.
Reliée Studio reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the products offered on its website at any time. Products available on the website will be governed by the General Terms in force at the time of purchase.
Product Features
Products listed in our online store include a photograph and basic description. The product color shown in images is not binding, and the actual color is specified in the product description.
Warranties
All products offered on the website are covered by the supplier’s sale warranty.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping and Delivery
Reliée Studio ships to Spain, Europe, and international destinations.
For orders over €80, shipping is free within mainland Spain.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

All transactions are processed in a secure environment using SSL encryption. Card details are entered directly on the bank’s payment gateway (Stripe) and are not stored on Reliée Studio’s servers.

Returns
Customers can return or exchange a product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The return period is considered met if the product is shipped before the deadline.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. Reliée Studio will process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective due to reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer may return it at no cost. Reliée Studio will cover return shipping costs and replace the product with a new one.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Reliée Studio reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions against misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
The relationship between the user and Reliée Studio is governed by Spanish law. In the event of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the user's residence in Spain, or alternatively, arbitration.
