Refund policy

Our main goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your Reliée. We handcraft our bags with great dedication and love so they become an essential piece in your wardrobe.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund (excluding shipping costs). You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and with the tags attached. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used.

Unfortunately, beyond these 14 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
